At Valley Trust, our strength lies in our people. Led by Ally Silver, and supported by a committed board of trustees, we work together to ensure children, young people, and families across Surrey receive the counselling and support they need.
Ally Silver
Ally leads the Valley Trust team, managing our services, partnerships, and day-to-day operations. Transitioning from a successful career in IT services to working in pastoral support and being a DSL in primary schools for over a decade, she ensures we deliver high-quality support and build lasting relationships with schools and communities we serve. Ally is passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives and supporting the counsellors who work with them.
